PRODUCT DESCRIPTION of ELMAG Universal Lathes - CNC INDUSTRY series

ELMAG Industry 1000/1500 Model 230 K

The INDUSTRIAL 230 K models are robustly built, heavy-duty
Center lathes with heavy grey cast iron base
and engine bed. Both models are equipped with
equipped with an adjustable overload slipping clutch
and thanks to a two-stage, 4,000 or 5,500 Watt
powerful drive unit, even larger chippers.

ELMAG INDUSTRY 1000/1500/2000 - 230 HD

The quality of the INDUSTRIE 230 HD models becomes clear as soon as they are switched on: Barely audible drive noise. No vibrations at large cutting depths. In fact, the 230 HD models are the heaviest in their class with 2,635, 2,835 and 3,055 kg respectively and thanks to their extremely robust construction - e.g. high-frequency hardened prismatic guides - they are ideally suited for heavy-duty and continuous operation.

Lathe ELMAG INDUSTRIE 1000/1500/2000 - 250

Thanks to good performance data and optimum equipment, the
proven INDUSTRIE 250 models are among the favourites of the turning specialist and toolmaker.

The ideal design with self-centering turning spindle, a 5,500 Watt
powerful drive motor and a super massive tailstock allow turning sizes via slides of Ø 325 x 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 mm. Maximum turning diameter is 500 mm, without bridge 630 mm. A spindle bore of Ø 65 mm offers space for 2 inch bar stock (60.3 mm).

ELMAG INDUSTRY 1000/1500/2000/3000 - 250 HD

7,500 watt drive power for heavy-duty machining and a convincingly robust design for heavy-duty and continuous operation -
the INDUSTRIE 250 HD models allow for the machining of large workpieces
and do not detect vibrations at a depth of more than 10 mm. At the same time, these smooth-running universal lathes with self-centering lathe spindle are just as suitable for the production of small precision turned parts and fine threads.
