The INDUSTRIE 330 HD universal lathes are the right answer when it comes to the precise machining of extra heavy, large machine, steel, tank construction and casting mould parts. With four top models in this powerful machine class, ELMAG® offers a perfect selection. A super-strong drive unit provides 7,500 watts of power for an easy-to-switch high-performance spindle gear with 12 clockwise or counter-clockwise speed settings. Oil-pressure lubrication ensures maximum precision and smooth running of the turning spindle. All gears are made of hardened chrome-nickel steel, precision-ground, particularly durable and smooth-running. Super-hard, precision-ground prismatic guides (> HB 400) carry a heavy tool slide according to the requirements. Thanks to a rapid traverse motor, it can be moved effortlessly and quickly. The traction spindle is engaged by an adjustable slipping clutch. The massive tailstock is moved by means of a crank drive and has an adjustment device for the quill feed. The INDUSTRIE 330-HD models are very well equipped for plug-and-play start-up, including a quick-change steel holder set for rapid tool changes and a SINO digital position display for maximum precision and efficiency in single-part and series production.
