7,500 watts of drive power for heavy-duty cutting and a convincingly robust design for heavy-duty and continuous operation - the INDUSTRIE 250 HD models do not produce any chunks even with large workpieces and at a cutting depth of more than 10 mm and do not show any vibrations at a cutting depth of more than 10 mm. At the same time, these smooth-running universal lathes with self-centering turning spindles are just as suitable for the production of small precision turned parts and fine threads.

The INDUSTRIE 250 HD models offer a maximum turning diameter of 500 mm, 720 mm without bridge. A spindle bore Ø 80 mm allows machining of bar stock up to 2 1/2 inches (76.1 mm). The turning spindle gear equipped with a clutch provides 24 adjustable speed steps. 80 longitudinal and cross feeds and 179 thread pitches metric and inch cover the usual needs of machine, steel, container and plant construction companies. On the tool slide, a newly developed joystick offers maximum comfort for safe control of the longitudinal and cross feed. A rapid traverse drive with a longitudinal or cross cutting speed of 4.5 or 1.9 m/min. allows a significant reduction of non-productive times.

The INDUSTRIE 250 models are equipped with a mechanical turning spindle foot brake. Ideal for efficient series production are flexibly adjustable switching elements for automatic feed stop, a quick-change toolholder included in the scope of delivery for rapid tool change and a digital position display from SINO.
