Electro-hydraulic, semi-automatic sawing machine with MEP-30 control for mitre cuts from 0° to 60° left. MEP 30 represents the latest generation of controllers. Versatile machine with a belt of 4640 x 34 x 1.1 mm for cutting tubes, profiles and beams up to a maximum cutting range of 510x320 mm to 0°. The control panel on a swivel arm allows comfortable and safe operation from any position. Electronic inverter for the infinitely variable adjustment of the belt speed from 15 to 100 m/min Large turntable with a diameter of 280 mm and with engraved exact fine scaling, easily adjustable and mounted.
  • Hydraulic power unit with high efficiency electrovalve and high pressure hydraulic pump (200 bar).
  • Electronic control of the machine with new generation micro-control.
  • Electrical system centralised in the main electrical box.
  • Display of alarms, diagnostics and functions of the machine (cutting time, number of pieces cut, current consumption of the band saw motor, saw head position, band saw speed, band tension).

Semi-automatic function:
