Modular system
Thanks to a quick-change device, the worktops can be replaced in no time at all and without tools. As the plates are free-standing, textiles can be positioned very easily so that only the desired printing area is in contact with the plate. This results in the following advantages:
 

• Transfer prints on the reverse side remain intact
• No creases are created during pressing
• No visible marks are left behind

 
In addition to the conventional standard sizes, we also offer customised sizes.
 

Electronics and control panel
The clearly structured display allows quick and easy adjustment and reading of temperature and time.


Heating element
The innovative micanite heating foil technology guarantees a fast heating time and a consistent, constant temperature. The heating plates, which are produced directly by us, are coated with Teflon and fixed in place by a clamping device – this means that the protective layer can be easily replaced at any time. In addition to the standard sizes, special sizes can also be manufactured.


How it works
When closed, a magnet activates the lock and keeps the press closed until the preset time has elapsed. The magnet is then released and the press opens automatically. The pressing process can also be terminated prematurely using a push button. The required contact pressure is regulated by an easily adjustable knurled screw.
 

Consumables
The Teflon protector efficiently protects the heating plate from residues, such as glue or paint, and can either be easily cleaned or replaced if necessary.

A Nomex nettle cover protects the work surface and the silicone rubber and makes it easier to move the fabrics – this can also be washed or replaced.

The silicone rubber is crucial for the quality of the print. Depending on the design (harder or softer), you can achieve different results. As the rubber does not stick, it can be flexibly replaced with another variant. We supply a medium hardness as standard, but softer or harder silicone versions can also be ordered.
