This pneumatic transfer press can be used to professionally print T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, sleeves, bags, lanyards and much more.

Two worktops are mounted on the sliding table, allowing you to prepare the next transfer while the pressing process is still underway. This not only saves a lot of time, but also allows the transfers to be positioned more conveniently and accurately thanks to the exposed work surface.

The use of a double sliding table offers a number of advantages:

• Pulling up the textiles is even more convenient.
• Precise positioning is possible thanks to the unobstructed view.
• There is no heat exposure for the operator.
• Work processes are significantly faster.

The printing process is pneumatic and operated using a two-hand control system. The contact pressure can be adjusted continuously from 0 to 8 bar using a pressure regulator.

The worktops can be easily replaced in a matter of seconds using a quick-change device and aligned with the heating plate with millimetre precision thanks to an adjustable stop.

As the worktops are free-standing all around, the textiles can be stretched comfortably so that only the area to be printed is in contact with the plate. This also effectively prevents the problem of annoying creases caused by double layers.

Our clear display allows for quick and easy adjustment and reading of temperature and time.

Fast heating and even and constant temperature distribution are guaranteed by advanced micanite heating foil technology.

All our self-manufactured heating plates come with a Teflon cover as standard. In addition, the worktops are equipped with silicone rubber and a Nomex cover, which can be replaced at any time.

In addition to the standard sizes of heating and worktops, we also offer custom sizes.
