Modular design
A quick-change device allows the worktops to be replaced in no time at all without the need for tools. As the plates are free-standing, the textiles can be placed on them easily and only the area to be printed comes into contact with them. This has the following advantages:

• No print creases are created
• No marks show through

Electrics and display
The clear display allows for simple, quick and easy adjustment and reading of temperature and time.

Heating plate
Rapid heating and an even, constant temperature are guaranteed by modern micanite heating foil technology. Our heating plates, which we manufacture ourselves, are equipped with a Teflon cover as standard, which is attached using a clamping device and can be replaced by the user if necessary. In addition to standard sizes, we also manufacture custom formats.

How it works
When starting the pressing process on the Air-Swing 2000 PRO pneumatic transfer press, two push buttons must be pressed simultaneously for safety reasons until the heating plate touches the work plate (two-hand safety switch). The press opens automatically when the set pressing time has elapsed. The machine also has a manual pre-press and post-press function. Swivelling is done manually, while the contact pressure can be precisely adjusted using a pressure regulator.
 

Consumables
The Teflon protection on the heater reliably protects the heating plate from dirt such as adhesive or paint residue. The cover is easy to clean or replace if necessary.

A Nomex nettle cover protects the worktop and silicone rubber and makes it easier to pull the textiles onto the plate, as they glide over it more easily. The cover can be washed or replaced.

The silicone rubber on the worktop has a significant influence on the printing result. Different degrees of hardness of the rubber pads – from soft to hard – enable varying results. As the pads are not glued to the worktop, they can be replaced at any time. We supply medium hardness as standard; softer and harder versions are also available.
