Modular design
With a quick-change device, the worktops can be easily changed in just a few seconds without any tools. As the plates are freely positioned, the textiles can be conveniently pulled up so that only the area to be printed is in contact with the plate. This has the following advantages:
 

• Transfer prints on the reverse side remain undamaged
• No creasing during printing
• No marks show through

In addition to the usual standard sizes, we also manufacture custom sizes on request!
 

Electrics and display
Our clearly designed display allows you to set and read the temperature and time quickly, easily and conveniently.

Heating plate
Thanks to modern micanite heating foil technology, rapid heating and a uniform, stable temperature are guaranteed. Our heating plates, which we manufacture ourselves, come with a Teflon coating as standard, which is attached using a clamping device and can be replaced by the user at any time. In addition to standard sizes, we also manufacture customised heating plates.

How it works
For safety reasons, two push buttons must be pressed simultaneously to start the pressing process on the Air-Swing 1000 pneumatic transfer press until the heating plate touches the worktop (two-hand safety switch). The press opens automatically when the set pressing time has elapsed. The machine also has a manual pre-press and post-press function. Swivelling is performed manually. The contact pressure can be precisely adjusted using a pressure regulator.
 

Consumables
The Teflon protection on the heater ensures that the heating plate is protected from dirt such as adhesive or paint residue. The cover is easy to clean or replace if necessary.

A Nomex nettle cover protects the worktop and silicone rubber and makes it easier to pull the textiles over the plate as they glide more easily. The cover is washable and replaceable.

The silicone rubber on the worktop has a significant influence on the printing result. Different degrees of hardness enable individual printing results. As the pads are not glued to the worktop, they can be easily replaced at any time. Medium-hard rubber is supplied as standard. Softer or harder versions are also available on request.
