Flexible modular system
The quick-change system allows the worktops to be replaced very easily without tools and in just a few seconds. As the panels are not permanently installed, fabrics can be stretched comfortably so that only the area to be printed is in contact with the surface. This results in the following advantages:
 

• Transfer prints on the reverse side remain intact.
• No creases are formed.
• No marks are left behind.
• In addition to standard sizes, we also manufacture custom sizes according to your specifications!

Electronics and control panel
The clear display allows quick and easy adjustment and control of temperature and time.

Heating element
Modern micanite heating foil technology ensures that the operating temperature is reached quickly and that the heat is distributed evenly and consistently. The heating plates, which are manufactured in-house, come with a Teflon coating as standard, which is held in place by a clamping device and can be easily replaced if necessary. We also produce all formats for the heating plates in addition to the standard sizes on request.

Functional principle
When the press is closed, the mechanism locks automatically thanks to toggle lever technology. The contact pressure can be individually adjusted using an easily accessible knurled screw. After the specified time has elapsed, an acoustic signal sounds, clearly indicating the moment of opening. By slightly lifting the lever arm, the device opens automatically and gently.
 

Consumables
The Teflon protection on the heating surface reliably ensures that the plate remains protected from dirt such as adhesive and paint residues. In addition, the Teflon cover is easy to clean or replace with a new one if necessary.

A Nomex nettle cover protects the worktop and the silicone rubber and makes it easier to move the textiles on the work surface. The cover is washable and can also be replaced.

The silicone rubber on the worktop is crucial for the printing result. Depending on the material hardness of the pad (soft or hard), different results can be achieved with different silicone rubbers. As our rubber pads are not glued, they can be replaced easily at any time. Medium-hard silicone rubber is standard, but we can also supply soft or hard versions on request.
