Modular design
With the help of a quick-change device, the worktops can be replaced in a matter of seconds without the need for tools. As the plates are free-standing, textiles can be placed on them with ease – only the area to be printed is in contact with the plate. This results in the following advantages:
 

• The reverse side is protected from marks caused by transfer printing.
• No creases are created during printing.
• No marks are visible.
• In addition to the standard sizes, we also offer customised special sizes on request!
• The heating plates on this model can also be replaced without tools thanks to the quick-change system.

Electronics and display
The clear display allows you to set and read the temperature and time quickly, easily and intuitively.

Heating plate
Innovative micanite heating foil technology enables the temperature to be reached quickly and ensures even, stable heat distribution. The heating plates, which are produced in-house, are equipped with a Teflon coating as standard, which is held in place by a clamping device and can be easily replaced at any time. In addition to standard formats, custom formats are also available.

Functional principle
When the press is closed, the toggle lever principle ensures that the mechanism locks automatically. The contact pressure is conveniently adjusted using an easily accessible knurled screw. After the preset time has elapsed, an acoustic signal sounds, reliably indicating that the safety catch has been released. The machine opens gently and automatically by briefly lifting the lever arm.
 

Consumables
The Teflon protector on the heater effectively protects the heating plate from contamination such as adhesive or paint marks. It is easy to clean or can be replaced without any problems if necessary.

A Nomex nettle cover protects the worktop and silicone rubber and ensures that textiles glide more easily over the surface when being pulled on. The cover can be washed and also replaced.

The silicone rubber on the worktop has a decisive influence on the end result: depending on the design – soft or hard – different print images can be achieved. As our pads are not glued, the rubber can always be easily replaced with a different version. A medium-hard standard is supplied; harder or softer versions can also be ordered on request.
