Depending on the basic configuration, additional heating and work plates can be easily added at any time.
 

Modular system
Thanks to the quick-change device, the worktops can be changed in no time at all and completely without tools. As the plates are used free-standing, textiles can be stretched easily, with only the print motif area resting on the plate. This offers the following advantages:
 

• Existing transfer prints are protected
• No creases during printing
• No show-through of imprint marks

In addition to the standard dimensions, custom sizes are also available.
The heating plates can also be flexibly exchanged thanks to the quick-change system.

Electronics and display
The clearly designed display makes it very easy to set and control the temperature and time.

Heating plate
Advanced micanite heating foil technology ensures rapid heating and consistent, homogeneous temperature distribution. Our in-house manufactured heating plates are always equipped with a Teflon coating, which is fixed in place by a clamping device and can be easily replaced if necessary. We manufacture both standard and custom sizes for the heating plates.

How it works
When the transfer press is closed, a toggle lever mechanism ensures that the lock engages automatically. The contact pressure is conveniently adjusted via an easily accessible knurled screw. When the preset time has elapsed, an acoustic signal sounds to indicate that the press is ready to be opened. The device opens gently and automatically by slightly lifting the lever arm.
 

Consumables
The Teflon protection on the heating surface reliably protects the heating plate from contamination such as adhesive residue or paint splashes. The Teflon coating is easy to keep clean or replace if necessary.

A Nomex nettle cover protects the worktop or silicone rubber and also ensures that textiles can be moved more easily when placed on the plate. This cover is also washable and can be replaced as needed.

The silicone rubber on the plate is crucial for the printing result. Different degrees of hardness (soft or hard) enable variable results. As the covers are not permanently glued, the silicone rubber can be easily replaced with a different type. Medium hardness is supplied as standard, but softer or harder versions are also available on request.
