Modular system
Thanks to an interchangeable device, the work tables can be replaced quickly and without the use of tools in no time at all. As the plates are freely positioned, textiles can be laid on effortlessly so that only the area to be printed is in contact with the plate. This results in the following advantages:
 

• Transfer motifs on the reverse side remain undamaged.
• No creasing during printing.
• No transfer of marks.
• In addition to the usual standard sizes, we also offer customised versions on request!

Controls and control panel
The easy-to-understand control panel allows you to set and read the temperature and time quickly and conveniently.

Heating element
The use of modern micanite heating foil technology ensures rapid heating and a constant, even temperature. The heating elements, which are manufactured in-house, are equipped with a Teflon coating that is attached by means of a clamping mechanism and can be replaced independently at any time.
In addition to standard sizes, customised special formats are also available for the heating plates!

Functional principle
When the transfer press is closed, the toggle lever technology automatically ensures that the mechanism locks into place. The contact pressure can be variably adjusted via an easily accessible knurled screw. After the preselected time has elapsed, an acoustic signal sounds, clearly indicating the right moment to open the press. A short lift of the hand lever is sufficient for the device to open gently and automatically.
 

Consumables
The Teflon protection on the heating plate effectively protects it from dirt such as adhesive residue or paint residue. The Teflon cover can be easily cleaned or replaced if necessary.

A Nomex nettle cover protects the worktop and the silicone rubber and ensures that textiles glide more easily over the plate when pulling them on. The cover can be cleaned or replaced if necessary.

The silicone rubber on the work surface has a significant influence on the printing result. Different versions – from soft to hard – open up many possibilities for different surfaces and results. As the covers are not permanently attached to the worktop, the silicone rubber can be replaced flexibly. We supply a medium-hard version as standard, but softer or harder versions are also available to order.
