The manual transfer press combination press with membrane function is the ideal machine for patching smaller logos. By adjusting the height of the worktops, it is even possible to use the machine as a cap press or ball press.

Thanks to the membrane function, especially for caps, the inflatable cap table adapts perfectly to the different cap curves to achieve the best possible results compared to other standard cap presses.

Modular design
Thanks to the quick-change device, worktops can be changed in seconds without the need for tools. The free positioning of the plates makes it very easy to position textiles so that only the intended printing area is exposed. This results in the following advantages:

• Transfer prints on the reverse side are protected
• No print creases are created
• No marks are left behind

In addition to standard worktop sizes, we also offer customised special sizes.
The heating plates can also be replaced quickly using the quick-change system.
 

Operation and display
The user-friendly display allows for quick and easy adjustment and reading of temperature and time.

Heating system
Innovative micanite heating foil technology ensures rapid heating and even, constant temperature distribution. The heating plates, which are produced in-house, come with a Teflon coating as standard, which is attached using a clamping device and can be replaced at any time. Both standard and custom sizes are available for heating plates.
 

Membrane function
Membrane presses have a special worktop cover that uses an air cushion to adapt to uneven surfaces such as seams, buttons, zips or polo collars. Important:
 

• The transfer should not be pressed directly over a raised area.
• The heat resistance of the respective uneven surface must be taken into account.
   

As the membrane function can be deactivated and the machine can also be equipped with classic worktops thanks to our quick-change system, the system remains extremely flexible.
 

Procedure
To start the pressing process on the manual combination press with membrane function, simply close the lever arm without applying much force; the membrane cushion, whose pressure can be precisely regulated, takes care of the necessary pressing. During the pressing process, the air cushion is inflated and presses evenly against the heating plate. After the preset time has elapsed, air escapes, accompanied by an acoustic signal – the press can then be safely opened using the lever arm.

Consumables
The Teflon protection on the heating plate protects against contamination from glue or paint, is easy to clean and can be replaced if necessary.

A Nomex nettle cover protects the worktop and silicone rubber and makes it easier to cover the textiles; this cover is washable and can be replaced.

The silicone rubber on the worktop is largely responsible for the print image. Different degrees of hardness can be used to achieve different results. As the rubber pads are not glued, they can be replaced flexibly at any time. We supply a medium hardness as standard, but harder or softer versions are also available on request.
