Band mitre saws
Simple mitre band saws are equipped with a rotating band saw frame and a fixed vice. They enable the production of single-sided mitres (e.g. CY 210/260). Double mitre band saws are equipped with a sliding vice. It is fixed on the left or right side of the band saw blade and allows the production of right or left hand mitres (from CY 350).

CY models are equipped with powerful drive motors and durable compact gears running in an oil bath for permanent lubrication.
Sizes and cutting quality
CY bandsaws have - depending on the size - a maximum cutting range of 185x170 to 350x220 mm - ideal for the needs of metal workshops, machine shops and steel construction companies. Models up to CY 350-2DG are equipped with a continuously adjustable automatic lowering device with control valve to adjust the saw frame feed and offer two cutting speeds. The model CY 350 DGSA Vario has a continuously adjustable cutting pressure control for cutting optimisation. An equally infinitely variable cutting speed controller also allows the speed to be precisely adjusted to the material in between.
CY 260-2G - robust small series machine
Medium mitre band saw for cutting sizes up to 245x160 mm. Operating modes: automatic and manual feed, two speed levels, one-sided mitre up to 60°, ideal for single piece production and small to medium series.
