ELMAG APK 61 Hydraulic ring bending machine

Powerful middle class
The APK 61/APK 81 ring bending machines are equipped with a 4,000 or 5,500 watt drive motor. Thanks to an efficient motor brake and an ideally proportioned reduction gear, they enable precise and millimetre-accurate processing of medium and large profile cross-sections. Three drive rollers, including two hydraulically positionable adjustment rollers, provide excellent power transmission for narrow bending diameters, e.g. round steel Ø 35 mm / Ø 600 or Ø 300 mm.

Extensive basic equipment 
The APK models largely cover the needs for single and small batch production of simple profiles. Special accessories for special applications are available on request.

Design - High Quality
All precision parts such as gears, bending rollers, straightening shafts etc. are made of high-quality special steel (e.g. roller axles made of alloyed tempered steel 42 CrMo4, hardened and ground).

Upgradeable for series production
With feed and return speeds of 6.4 and 4.2 m/min respectively, the APK drives deliver outstanding performance characteristics. Easy handling, quick adjustability, digital display and, last but not least, the robust machine design make the APK models ideal candidates for series production.
