With the PREMIUM LINE products ELMAG offers diamond cutting discs of the highest quality for professional and quality-conscious users, whose high-quality raw materials guarantee a long service life and maximum cutting performance. The bond and diamond concentration of the cutting edge are ideally matched to the hardness of the recommended materials.

PREMIUM LINE products with an open cutting edge are equipped with a tension roller ring on the main blade and are therefore particularly precise. The SUPER TURBO, UNI and ABRASIVE models are equipped with an overload fluid that prevents the blade from overheating. All PREMIUM LINE diamond cutting discs are safety tested and comply with the European standard EN 13236.

SMOOTH RUNNING AND CUTTING DEPTH
Always ensure a light, straight cut during the cutting process.  Move only in the cutting direction, without lateral load. Make the cut in a smooth movement, do not move back and forth in the material. Do not apply strong cutting pressure. The weight of the cutting unit is sufficient. Preselect the cutting depth so that the cutting process proceeds easily. If there is an audible drop in cutting speed, first set a lower cutting depth and then make an additional cut in a second / third pass.
