• The cutter head mills around the circumference, which prevents the formation of burrs.
• The prism can be positioned axially above the cutter head as required, so that the indexable inserts can be used across the entire width.
• The indexable inserts can be rotated, allowing all four sides to be used to their full extent.
• Chamfer width adjustable using hand wheel and scale
• Prism hardened and swivelling
• Prism runs flush – no slipping of flat sheets
• Almost all materials can be machined by using different indexable inserts

• Two speeds: 1400 / 2800 rpm, for pre-sanding and fine sanding, for use with abrasive fleece belts.
• Scotch kit: Adapted spark boxes and support tables for use with abrasive fleece belts. Abrasive fleece is particularly suitable for satin finishing and deburring profiles.
• Inverter: For infinitely variable speed control 0–3000 rpm.
