The Profi 550 Top is the latest additions to our range of lathes. Come complete with high-quality Delta frequency inverters, resulting in significant advantages such as high torque in low speed range and the nearly constant speed at heavy workloads.

 

The Titan 660 Vario production lathe features top performance and high accuracy. This is an excellent model for medium to difficult turning works and extremely suitable for economic production of single units and serial operations in machine construction, plant engineering, production etc. The serially Delta frequency inverter features many advantages such as the high torque at low speed and the almost constant speed during processing.

The Proficenter 880 G Vario model is equipped as standard with a countershaft, which makes it unnecessary to change the speed level using a V-belt. A further feature of this machine is the standard frequency converter, which ensures a high torque in the lower speed range and an almost constant speed under load. Drilling, milling and turning in the smallest of spaces, with digital display for drilling depth and speed as standard for comfortable working, and a large spindle bore, all combined in one machine.

The Solid 460 Vario is a universal lathe, designed for the economic production of single parts and small series at highest possible accuracy. Its high user-friendliness makes this model ideal for engineering and construction plants, production and single part manufacturing.

The Profi 700 Pro turning lathe feature a high speed range up to 3000 rpm as well as a large range of standard accessories (for instance DC-motor with frequency inverter, main spindle bearing in P5-quality, micrometric longitudinal fence for repetitive work, safety clutch etc.) making these models ideal for users with high expectations. For reducing the non-productive time, this model is also equipped with a 2-axis digital readout.

The Vario lathe Profi 700 BQV is manufactured according to toolmaker accuracy. The electronically adjustable speed can be conveniently read via a digital display on the gear head. The special feature of this model is also the large longitudinal feed range with 14 freely selectable feeds as well as the standard face feed. To reduce production times, this model is equipped with a 2-axis digital display.
