The fully synthetic, mineral oil-free and boron-free formula protects tools, prevents cobalt washout and ensures a clear view of the workpiece. With outstanding lubrication performance and minimal foaming, ISOCONTRAN offers stable performance for the highest demands in metalworking.
 
Longer tool life & protection against cobalt leaching
Many grinding processes use carbides such as tungsten carbide, which contain cobalt as a binder. Conventional cooling lubricants can leach out cobalt, which impairs both tool life and workplace safety. ISOCONTRAN actively prevents cobalt leaching, so tools last longer and health risks are minimized.
 
Biostable carbide cooling lubricant with reliable performance
ISOCONTRAN remains stable over long periods of time and requires less maintenance than conventional solutions. Its advanced boron-free formulation complies with current REACh regulations and meets the highest safety and environmental standards as it is free of SVHC substances.
