ANTISCHAUM is a powerful defoamer that has been specially developed to reduce foam in water-miscible cooling lubricants. Whether mineral oil-containing or mineral oil-free cooling lubricants – ANTISCHAUM ensures a stable emulsion & improved cooling lubricant performance by reliably preventing unwanted foam formation.
 
Thanks to its highly effective formulation, ANTISCHAUM is effective even at very low concentrations (0.01-0.05%), making it particularly economical and efficient.
 
Reduces foaming & stabilizes emulsions
Excessive foam impairs lubrication performance and can lead to machine problems. ANTISCHAUM prevents foam formation in cooling lubricants, ensures even lubrication and improves performance in industrial machining processes.
 
Ideal for mineral oil-containing & mineral oil-free cooling lubricants
ANTISCHAUM can be used universally and is suitable for both mineral oil-based and mineral oil-free cooling lubricants. It ensures constant lubrication performance and prevents foaming, which can be caused by high circulation or water hardness.

Recommended application & dosage for best results
ANTISCHAUM is added directly to the cooling lubricant and distributed evenly. The recommended concentration is between 0.01 % and 0.05 %. Mixing should be allowed to take place before each new addition.
