TB 100 - light and sleek
The compactly built TB 100 bandsaw is suitable for small to medium-sized sawing jobs. It is often used in metal workshops or vocational schools to train young metal workers and is ideal for outdoor use by assembly, service and construction personnel. It has a sturdy machine base and a torsion-resistant band saw frame made of impact-resistant die-cast aluminium, so it weighs 22 kg, is easy to carry and fits in any car boot.
Cutting range and speed
The TB 100 cuts steel, INOX/NIRO/stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, cast iron and plastics and offers a maximum cutting range of 150x100 (0°) or 100x60 mm (45°). The directly driven machine has a constant cutting speed of 45 m/min and offers three feed levels (lowering speed of the band saw frame).
